Update notes

Added options:
Added option under settings to create Supplement.dsx in DIMs
Added a cancel button to Base Compatibility dialog box.
Added Open Output Folder button on the Smart Content tab.
Added checkbox to smart content tab for actor compatibility.
Added optional add artist(s) name.
Added No compatibility option to smart content tab.

Fixes:
Fixed bug where the GlobalIDList would duplicating info.
Fixed bug where unnecessary file types where added to the list of files that need to be processed for the support file in the smart content tab.
Fixed bug with Compatibility where "\" was used instead of "/".
Fixed a bug where a "/" was missing in the created support file.

Changes:
Check for updates on startup no longer shows up to date message. Manual check for update still shows up to date message.
The flowing files are now saved to the Users\<user>\MyDocuments\CDDS and tools\CDDS Settings, GlobalIDList, ID_list, CustomCat, CloudToDIM
Moved store DI to create daz install manifest tab.
